We are looking for homeowners doing owner builds or custom homes with a GC that want additional bids for all subcontracted work like excavation, framing, HVAC, plumbing, painting, etc. You will work directly with us, April and Morgan. There is no cost to you or obligation to use anyone, we are paid a referral fee when a subcontractor gets work.
General contractors – we will help you too when you need additional subs for your projects. Sometimes ’your guy’ isn’t available. We will be happy to find you quality subs that will match or exceed your existing subs.

Hi. I recently completed my custom home build in Alpine. Since I know build management, design and realty - I built at $200/sq foot with some of the highest standards. Most others in the same area are paying $400/ft+. I'm a CPA, tech executive, and real estate expert so I can be the ultimate Angel in helping you build your home. 1 graduated from BYU and serve on the board of Utah's largest and most ambitious development project ever: The Point in Draper. I'm passionate about building homes, my family, b/w photography, and compete in tennis.
Morgan Lynch
Hello. I was one of the earliest inventors of crowdsourcing with my Utah-based company LogoWorks. This venture backed company which I sold to HP perfected a historically difficult creative design process. Home building is a similar creative process and in need of innovation to help homeowners get their projects done with less cost, more quality and on time. I graduated from BYU, and earned an MBA from IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland. When I’m not working on new ideas… I’m often cooking breakfast, traveling to Italy, surfing, ocean fishing, or speedflying with my kids.
